We are all familiar with statistics like this.  Legal marketers play an important role in supporting and developing attorneys in their first ten years of practice.  This session will focus on best practices to support attorneys in years 0-3, 4-6, and 7-10 to help them thrive, increase associate retention, and watch them grow into successful partners and ultimately, future rainmakers.
